I am so glad that we decided to have our son join British Swim. Everyone at the Burlingame location is wonderful. The instructors are so patient and talented. My son loves being in the water and loves each and every instructor.

The class size is small so each child gets their attention and they have playtime at the end, which my son loves.

If you are thinking about having your child join, stop thinking and just do it. The school has an app, everything is so easy for just working adults. You can even schedule makeups through the app and they give you updates on how your child is doing. I’m so happy to have found this program.

We love British Swim School! My 3 year old daughter has become so much more confident in the water. She started out barely wanting to put her face in, now she is excited to go to class, jump in the water, and practice floating on her back! All the instructors have been great but Sofia has been exceptional in her communication and even her encouragement with my daughter. We are very happy with British Swimming School! My son recently started classes and has already made impressive progress, moving up by achieving the expected skills. The instructors have been fantastic overall.

Today, we had a makeup class at the Burlingame location, and it was a wonderful experience. Sofia was exceptional—kind, professional, and friendly. She took the time to check in with us, explain the upcoming survival week, and made us feel welcome.

Isaiah was my son’s instructor, and he was outstanding. He created a fun and friendly atmosphere while being dedicated to correcting form and encouraging the kids to retry skills. My son particularly benefited from Isaiah’s focus on improving his torpedo skills (keeping his face in the water before turning), which made him feel more confident in practicing to improve those skills as that is the last skill needed to be checked off to move up to the next level.

We typically attend classes on Saturdays, and the staff at the Alof site have been equally wonderful. Overall, we are very pleased with the services provided so far, and my son looks forward to every lesson!

I highly recommend signing your kids up at British Swim School! They have really great instructors who are very helpful and attentive to all of their students. My son really enjoys coming to his classes and is always excited to see his instructor Isaiah. The deck ambassador Kyrene always greets my son in a very cheerful and positive manner that gets him very eager to start his class. The staff is super friendly and they are really great at showing my son how to swim he's learning really quick and is progressing very well. If you're looking for a swim school for your children this is the one to choose.

I have two daughters who’s been attending classes here since the very beginner levels and I can’t say enough good things about it. When they started, my girls were terrified and hated getting in the water. It was amazing to see how patient each instructor was and how much positive reinforcement they give to get kids comfortable in the water. They are extremely patient and engaged and now, about 3 years later, we’ve gone up so many levels and people are constantly commenting on what good swimmers my kids are. All the instructors are great but we especially appreciate Ethan, Rosemary, Isaiah, and Sophia. I’m so grateful my kids are confident and most importantly, safe around water. It’s truly been a fantastic experience all around.

My son had the best instructor at BSS her name is Sophia! We love her! She helped my 4 year old get over his fear of jumping in the water. Every week she worked with him to get past his fear. She was very caring and personable. My son trusted her and that meant the world to me. I love how she would always pick up right where they left off from the week before. Look for Sophia if you want an amazing instructor for your child.
