Brooklyn Math Tutors provides an outstanding service. Our son wanted to increase his math score on the SAT and had a clear idea of the topics that he needed help with. Kathleen, the Director of Education listened carefully to our son's needs and provided him with the perfect tutor, Olivier. Our son and Olivier discussed his goals and Olivier devised a tutoring plan which they executed together. Our son went into the SAT exam more confident of his skills and increased his SAT math score from 710 to 770 (out of a maximum score of 800). He was delighted. We highly recommend Brooklyn Math Tutors.

I had a tutor named Olivier and he was absolutely amazing. I truly believe that i wouldn’t have been able to pass the geometry regents without his help and support. He made math efficient and fun so i believe if you are on the lookout for a tutor, Brooklyn math tutors is a great place to find one

For several years, Alex at Brooklyn Math Tutors has provided tutors for my son. For example, Alex sent us Olivier, a great math and physics tutor who helped my son with his homework at Brooklyn Tech. When we needed a tutor for SAT prep, we called Princeton Review, a few other well known SAT prep organizations, and Alex at Brooklyn Math Tutors. We decided to go with Brooklyn Math Tutors, in large part because of the flexibility and personal focus they offered us. They sent us Alex McCoy, who worked with my son for about 6 weeks. During that period, my son was able to learn enough to raise his score from 1380 to 1500. Kudos to Alex and Brooklyn Math Tutors!

I cannot recommend Brooklyn Math tutors enough! Kathleen, the manager, is both super responsive and an excellent listener. She really helps you get set up with the right tutor, based on your child's needs. LUCKY for us we were referred to the WONDERFUL Andrea for support with Physics (midway through Senior year, no less). Andrea was super supportive and kind throughout, and an EXCELLENT teacher for my daughter. She was a fantastic communicator, and always prompt. She also was kind enough to make herself available to my daughter if any other questions or concerns about the material came up. Andrea also tutors math, and I can only imagine she would be wonderful at that as well. If you are looking for outside support for your child, we fully endorse Andrea and Brooklyn Math Tutors!!

It's been a few months since my daughter started her tutoring with Elena and her math grades have significantly improved, her confidence was way up, and homework time is no longer a stressful, anxious struggle. I, without a doubt, can recommend Brooklyn math tudors because I had a little more than one month to study for an upcoming test and with two hour sessions with my Tudor Olivier I was able to achieve an above passing grade. If you are having a hard time with math these tudors will help you with your mistakes and make you feel confident about what you already have correct.

Brooklyn Math Tutors is the best tutoring experience we and our son have ever had.. and we've tried quite a few. Alexander Friedman runs a really great and accommodating service. He devoted a lot of time with us discussing what approach and type of tutor might work best with our son who was on the verge of failing 8th grade math. Tutor Dan Lichtman was super. He was engaging, patient and ultimately very successful. Our son is now fully caught up with classmates and doing very well.
