Always support your local businesses-Mental Health is just as,if not more important than your physical health people! They are tied together and have a far bigger impact on our physical health overall than some people are aware of. The negative 'Stigma' that society has put on any kind of mental health related issue is quite ridiculous! People just tend to shy away from or shun things that they don't understand because it isn't what they already know and when ppl stop wanting to know or understand things that they aren't used too well there lies societies problem. KNOWLEDGE IS POWER! Read that last sentence again...
Learning and becoming more aware of Mental Health is something that does effect everyone whether you are dealing with it on a personal or close level, bc we are all here in this World together and are supposed to help one another to grow and feel as if we aren't alone. ✌️
