Terrible customer support. Keep cancelling same day last minute for classes and signing me up for classes I had never signed up for. Call they talk over you and make excuses. But still had me fill out a ridiculous amount of paperwork when they knew they weren’t having the class.

Nice building placed in a bad area and property management or the owners can care less to fix and secure the building or any maintenance issues. If you have lived in a low income area or in the projects..you’d be comfortable here as all you see is drug deals in the hallways and staircases, domestic fights and people from the streets overdosing at your door. Also, be handy as you can put a work order in today and won’t have it answered for 6 months. I gave it two stars simply because of its affordability...but you get what you pay for.

We took an 8 hour course and have not received our certificates of attendance after asking since august. It is now October. The class organizer was quite rude over the phone and we may never get our certificates with no response.
