This location service has completely declined!

It's unfair how the staff can't perform simple tasks properly, as put together a sandwich!

Lack of mannaers and attention. Poor management is also a major factor as managers never seem to be on site!

I checked maps before arriving and it said this location was open. When I got to the front door at 6:20 AM the door said the dining room opens at 6 AM. I downloaded the app to order since the front door was locked. First app order! I wanted to order a fish croissant after seeing the fish sandwich being made at a different location for breakfast last week. I ended up ordering a different croissant sandwich, as that wasn't a modification I could make in the app. The app said my order was available for drive through pick up at 6:39 AM. I would have selected dining room in my order if the option was present. The Burger King app said this location opens at 7 AM. I was let in at 6:55 AM and given the order. I don't think it was remade fresh. I was given a regular sized iceberg coffee in place of the large that I ordered. The person who worked here that handed me my order said the regular sized coffee is a large.

In addition to the fish sandwich, having the impossible patty available at breakfast and plant based milk options would be nice

After interacting with customer service through the app, they said I should receive a refund in 5-7 days. When I checked Apple Pay there was no pending transaction.

They have the best ever burgers ! The manager Terrell, always goes out of his way for me at this Burger King. Burger King is always very accommodating for a weightlifter like myself but this new steak meat makes me feel like I am eating a four course meal at the best restaurant in Florida. . Thank you, Burger King

Very bad service from Lou. I paid for a large strawberry shake, and after she made it, she handed me a small one, saying there were no large ones available. They didn’t even refund my money, and the only other option was to pour it into a medium-sized soda cup.

Made my online order on the BK App for pickup. Had to drive back because they gave me someone's door dash order. Just to argue with me and say they put the wrong sticker on the bag.

I explained in detail I didn't order a whopper or milkshake but was met with attitude and no apology. Before I got the correct order remade.

I feel sorry for that DoorDash customer and my time

Specifically in the morning. The food is never fresh and they sold me a menu item without all of the ingredients and swore they were on the item and it wasn’t.
I went back to let them know my item was missing toppings and same employee and young woman told me that her manager doesn’t order all the ingredients that’s why I won’t be getting them. She asked if I wanted a refund and walked off. I’ll never support this Burger King again. Very unprofessional. At the lease the food can be fresh but he always doesnt have all of the toppings which is completely unacceptable. You guys are closed in my eyes.

The people were very rude. I ordered a cone, and they gave me a cup. When I requested a refund, they gave me a melted cone tossed into a cup. They didn't give me a straw for my drink. Two workers were very disrespectful when asking me if I wanted condiments. The drive-thru machine doesn't feature a live person it's an automated voice that takes your order. I've had my fair share of good and bad experiences at this location, but this one was the worst.
