Burlington now moved near Marshalls and Home Goods at Walmart shopping area.. great store they have something in every thing.. you may find what you are looking for, at great pricing..

Witnessing what I did today as a customer has successfully made me never want to step foot in this store again.

Please explain to me why management thinks it's
1. Acceptable to have a customer scream derogatory slurs at an employee and not reprimand the customer
2. In turn, reprimand as well as *fire* the employee that is being actively discriminated against, in front of the entire line of customers ready to check out.
3. After the employee is taken to the back by management to get fired, security and the other employees think it's funny that the employee just got harassed and had slurs thrown at across the entire store.

It was absolutely appalling to witness. Your job as management should be protecting your employees and de-escalating confrontation. Why you chose to let a customer scream derogatory slurs at the employee in front of the entire check out line as well as the entire time she exited the store with security watching is beyond me.

This employee was wrongfully terminated and its an absolute disgrace not one fellow coworker stood up for them.

Burlington should be ashamed this is who they have chosen to manage their store and how they conduct business.

Poor customer service . Two cashiers with one very untrained cashier
and the line very long . No apologies; nothing to make customers feel better . And this is a new store . What a shame. Last note: the manager was on her phone - more important probably than to address the waiting customers.

Yeah its new buuutttt.… its inconvenient that the fitting rooms are not open or you can't use the bathroom without a code ,I mean y are u punishing the people who actually want to shop ,this store wont be open very long plus its small you can barely walk around with bumping into something or someone

The Cashier was really angry only because my and my sister paid together, i explained to her we had the same shopping cart . We spend almost $900 dollares . They need better Customer service this happens 9/1/24 nigth time.

The night store manager and the security guy at tha location where very rude at that store for 25 years I been spending money on that corporate and never have any issues but tonight right before Christmas they kicked me out with my little service dog and they both were following me around allowing me to make my Christmas gifts for my family I will never come back to this store , I miss my Christmas tree store in Orange so bad.
