I have never seen such unprofessionalism. The so called owner Terrence is a clear reflection of the daycare center and staff which is horrific!!! . When trying to talk to him about concerns , he was very defensive and became irate. He literally cursed me. Told me I can get my "d@mn" child and get out. The staffed walked barefoot. On their phones. The infant teacher, as well as others, was far from friendly or engaged. I questioned the cleanliness of the infant room when the play mat was still dirty days later. I was told "it was stained". Common sense would say, even if it was true, buy a new mat. The refrigerator was nasty. No one was ever there "in charge". The center manager , Selena, lied when I asked why they lost their Family Guidance funding. Turns out they left a child in the van. When questioned why wasn't that info disclosed when asked, that's when the owner, Terrence got ghetto. He told me he didn't have to tell me $hi+ . Amongst a host of other things , this daycare is beyond terrible. I wish I could rate it in the negative!!

I August 2018, A Daycare worker in the Morning Location left a5 year old in the van.Family Guidance pulled all funds. So the center is now a Self Pay Center. We asked about this with the manager and never got an answer. So we decided to reach out to the manager. How is it that a owner of a facility get upsets because he’s asked about an tragic life threatening event that happened at his daycare. Terrance Johnson, the owner.. met with one of his clients that had concerns and questions about RECENT NEGLECT. Instead of him having an adult conversation, he immediately got Defensive and start to verbally attack her. He stated that he didn’t have to tell her, or anyone ANYTHING about what took place at his facility. When asked about the mat being cleaned, refrigerator being dirty and employees walking around barefoot. His response was “ what’s your complaint?” It’s realized that we could (and have) withdraw from the facility. But Mr.Johnson, when a concern parent brings up details and questions about your facility. Be as Professional as your Job title makes you and knowledge the concerns. Your rage only speaks guilt.

Very unprofessional staff. They have no concern or compassion for peoples kids. They were only suppose to drop my baby off at headstart and sign her in. They couldn't even do that. They let her out the van w/o making sure she got in her class nor did they sign her in. And their only excuse was, the driver was new. No apologies. I would not suggest anybody to send their child to the Atlanta Highway location.
