A great small gym. 24 hour and friendly staff. Easy sign up even for guests and great assortment of equipment. Some of the lights are placed in non-optimal places (staring straight at it on bench and leg press) but besides that a great gym.

This is hands down the best gym, staff, and people in the area. The gym is clean and such a friendly environment. The staff was so helpful from day one and as a full time member I can safely say I have found a “6 Star” home gym.

Clean, friendly environment with amazing new equipment! The staff is fantastic and always very supportive in helping members to reach their goals. The vibe is unlike anywhere else I’ve ever been thanks to the owners, staff, and all of the fantastic members! 10/10 would recommend!

I was really hesitant to join a gym. I was embarrassed because I am out of shape. The owners are amazing and the members are amazing and so warm and welcoming. I couldn't ask for a better gym experience. I look forward to continuing my fitness journey w/ them. They will always have my business!!!

Good gym. Has everything you need for a workout. Can get crowded for the space available though. However, it's 24 hours so I can change my schedule without having to worry about hours of operation

Gym with courtesy rules and aqua bags!!! I have not been however, it is only because I live elsewhere. I don't have to visit because I personally know someone who told me this and it is important to have courtesy rules such as but not limited to, do not stare. I always hated that while I was working out in the past at other facilities. I do not know all the courtesy rules. I think it would be nice to see them posted on their fb page. Aqua bags!!! Wow!!!
