I had Joshua as my english tutor, and they greatly helped me get from a subpar english score to a 770 on the DSAT english section. English was not usually hard for me in school, but I definitely struggled with it on the SAT, and my tutor helped me through every single process and topic. They not only helped me with the SAT, they were also safe and fun space for me to come to at C2. Each class was fun and engaging, and I enjoyed just talking to them about life or school or college or whatever it was. It made class and learning so much more fun and really changed this entire experience for me. They were always very supportive and encouraging of me and helped me through the entire process. Overall, Joshua was really helpful and I am very grateful!

I am very disappointed with the experience offered by C2 Education in Cupertino. I signed up for a $10,000 package, expecting it to benefit all my children. Initially, the quality was acceptable, but after the ownership changed, the quality significantly declined, and none of my kids enjoyed studying there. More importantly, the current owner seems more focused on securing signed contracts rather than improving the center's quality. I urge you to consider other options. In addition, their system is very disorganized. Their staff informed me that I had to sign a new contract to continue using my credit, so I signed it without thoroughly reading it. Later, I discovered that I had agreed to have all my $3,600 in credits expire in 45 days. As a result, I couldn't get any money back and ended up wasting $3,600.

Worst experience ever! Be aware if you consider to buy packages in C2 Cupertino. My experience was C2 Cupertino told me they had promotion packages that the purchased sessions will never be expired, so I purchased 200 hours and never used it until when I called them this July , they just told me that my whole 200 hours:$10k sessions will be expired THIS October and they only refund 70% of my tuition. Please be aware of this gimmick.

Do not send kids to this scam place, the counselor showed he didn't care about the kid, showed indifferent and condescending attitude and no passion during the counseling. I felt discouraged for my son by this counselor’s discouraging attitude and can’t believe the way he treated my son during the counseling session. When I tried to schedule a session with the only most helpful tutor, Brian , it's always hard to get in the session and the scheduler sometimes even yelled at me over the phone. They just wanted your money with your credit card number over the phone without explaining the contract thing in the beginning and just said it’s promised the hours will never be expired. Now they told me our all 200 hours will be expired by oct 14 this year and I have to provide my personal information like address, bank account by Oct 14 in order not to get rejected. They only provide 70% and $150 process fee for my never used $10k package. When it comes to refund, they are always hard to reach and delay intentionally till the expiration date.

Do not send your kids here for tutoring. The tutors don't care about your kids, they will just give half effort without even trying to teach them anything. It got so bad my kids refused to go since they felt it was such a waste of time. With all these unused credits they wouldn't issue me a refund and when I asked if I could use them, the said it had already "expired". I don't normally write reviews, but the experience was so terrible. I would not recommend anyone use them.

We've used C2 tutors for both our daughter and son in various math and science subjects. We always had very positive experiences and results. Our latest experience was getting tutoring support for our son for AP Calculus and AP Chemistry. The C2 teachers were very good at going over concepts, questions and preparing him for his school exams as well as the AP exams. He not only reinforced his knowledge, but gained great confidence in his abilities. He earned a 5 for both the calculus and chemistry AP exams. Thank you C2 Education!
