C2 Education helped my son for SAT, college applications and essays which helped him a lot to get admission in computer science at the Ohio State University. The college application system in the US was completely new for us. Got valuable guidance from Francis about the process and a great help in creating a college list. During essay writing, Elizabeth guided my son for brainstorming the ideas, reviewing and editing the essays. The college admission process got much easier with C2 support.

Please read the fine print on the contract, When I signed my kids up I was told that the hours I purchased would not expire. That was a lie! The fine print on the contract says something very different. Don’t make the same mistake I made by trusting the word of the director.
I gave my kids a break during the school year since they were already overloaded with schoolwork and sports. When I contacted C2 again I was told my hours had expired. Thirty eight hours down the drain. I talked the director and he kept telling me that he would help me out. Fast forward two months later and zero progress has been made. He finally came clean and told me that his hands were tied and that I would need to call corporate and deal with it. I did that two weeks ago and haven’t received any response even though they tell you that a response will be given within 24hours.
I would not recommend this place at all! Apparently this happens at C2 quite a bit. Director said that there were multiple families that have experienced losing expired hours.
If this is a reoccurring problem then maybe they need to rethink how to better inform parents who work very hard to pay for these types of programs.

I wish I could rate no stars for the review. When we purchased the hours, the salesman told us we can use the remaining hours to the siblings if our older daughter didn't use it. The salesman NEVER told us about the expiration date. So we have purchased excessive hours. Years later, when we tried to use the remaining hours, C2 told us the contract says there is an expiration date so we could not use any of the unused hours. I do not recommend C2 education at all. Their business is malicious!!

We purchased 100 hrs giving us 10 hrs bonus in May 2022. and by the end of Nov 2022, our account still had more than 60 hrs remaining. The director persuaded me to buy more hours, saying that their price would go up in the following month. He stated our leftover hours from my older son could be used on his younger sister. He never mentioned anything about the expiry date. He was pushing me to pay without giving me enough time to read their terms & conditions. As a result, I put trust in their director, and I purchased an additional 100 hrs on Nov 28 2022.

On March 5th 2024, I reached out to C2 staff and they confirmed our account still had 74 hrs remaining, and then they obtained my daughter's name and birth date to add to the account.
On April 8th, 2024, I reached out to C2 again, and they confirmed that with my daughter in the system, she would be all set to start lessons in her summer break.
On May 19th, 2024, I reached out to C2 once more to schedule my daughter for ACT and SAT studying, setting up recurring tutoring sessions every Saturday starting in June.

From then on, my daughter attended these lessons every Saturday in June. Everything seemed to be going well until the beginning of July. We were suddenly informed by C2 that our account was on hold. The C2 director asked me to send an email to their corporate office, which I followed through with on July 3. More than a week later I received a reply that said our account was suspended and our hours expired on 5/28/2024.

C2 never informed us our hours would have ever expired. Why wasn’t I told about the expiration when you persuaded me to buy more hours in Nov 2022? Why wasn’t I told when I reached out to you in March 2024?
Since the beginning of July I have been emailing and calling C2 to follow up on our situation. Until last Friday, no progress was made at all.

Instead of helping us, the C2 director tried to convince me again to buy a 3rd set of 100 hrs worth of tutoring.
This is ridiculous. C2 already took away my money (74 hrs worth), but refused to give us service as promised. Yet they still try to persuade me to spend more money?
This is scamming.

We’ll seek legal action to report this incident if C2 don’t return the Money back to us.

Thank you C2! My son was able to skip a grade in Math due to the help he received here. The staff are very personable and professional. My son loves going here to work on his math and reading skills! Highly recommend!

Ive been to C2 since the past 3 years and as a international transfer student its been a great resource in getting accustomed to the standardized testing system. They have wonderful resources and teachers (shoutout to Ms.Elizabeth, the single reason I got a 4 on my APUSH test) for both SAT/ACT and all of the AP tests and are reasonably frexible with timings so overall, really cool place!
