Ian Medina is an EXPERT in all things real estate! He took the time to go through all the necessary material with me and go into very deep detail on things I didn't understand and even then if I didn't he wouldn't move on until I understood the concept, whether that be with real estate definitions or his own examples (which I learn better from examples so the way he went about tutoring was way more efficient for my learning style). He really does cater to however you learn best which a lot of crash courses just fly through material and you can't ask specific questions. He was also on call whenever I had any questions and was very fast at responding. I recommend Ian to anyone who has had trouble passing the real estate or brokers exam in the past or to whoever needs a great tutor with great knowledge!

First off I just want to say how awesome and amazing Ian is, he didn't just tutor me and say farewell, Ian would text me here and there to check up on me with how my test went (I failed the first time by 4% unfortunately) and see how I was doing studying after my first time trying to take it. My second time (which I just took today and passed!) he was texting me before asking when my exam was and asked today how it went, what I'm trying to say is Ian actually cares about you and me! Anyways he goes over everything with you step by step, I have a small learning disability and even for me his ways helped so much! Just got to listen what he tells you to do/ how to study. I'm telling you if you need a tutor for your real estate exam. Trust Ian and go with him! You won't regret it! Thank you Ian!
