Such a great school,
I just finished my CNA program in October doing the evening program and it was great. The main instructors for the class have such great humor and make the lectures and clinicals very enjoyable. Only issue was a paperwork mishap for my batch but it was very minor and got resolved very quickly. Could not recommend David enough!

This school is absolutely phenomenal! We are in our first term. The administration staff, the faculty are well organized and I’m really happy to be here.

Mrs, Kaur is absolutely THE BEST! She is patient and PLEASE let us have her throughout our program. I know that’s not realistic, but can’t hurt to ask.

As a photographer, I've had the pleasure of having a long time partnership with CNEI. I've seen several hundreds of students take the path of nursing, all the way to their commencement ceremony, which is where I meet the students for the first time.

The staff is really wonderful! Beginning with Jeff in Admissions, he's provides the support needed with his approachable and enthusiastic attitude.
The instructors that I've gotten to know over the years are also amazing! Ms. Edwina, Mr. Gentry, Ms. Guthrie, Mr. May...they all genuinely care about the success of their students. Overall, this school fosters a supportive and enriching environment that thoroughly prepares students for their careers in nursing. I love seeing the success of CNEI- through their students.

Thank you, CNEI! I was very impressed with the Alcohol & Drug Addiction Counseling (ADAC) Program I just completed at CNEI.
Chris Tannahill, our instructor, was fantastic! He is very knowledgeable and experienced in recovery and emergency response and is a great person. He knows how to educate through instruction of course material, interactive group role-play and scenarios, and homework assignments that made me consider the best approach for my current and future clients. Through his teaching skills, he uniquely educates and empowers others to reach their full potential.
Chris's philosophy and approach to educating others are genuinely remarkable. He treats each student in class as an individual who brings different levels of professional experience, education, and personal traits. He has a gift for personalizing the learning process for each student in a manner that encourages students to develop their skills. He focuses on students' experiences and strengths to motivate them to evolve and learn in the areas where they require guidance and support. In addition to traditional content instruction, Chris provides a collaborative environment for authentic feedback from himself and my classmates.
The ADAC program has given me a broad understanding of the addiction treatment field and the 12 core competencies of an Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Chris has taught me essential skills, including screening and assessment, intake and orientation, regulations, reporting and record-keeping, treatment modalities and counseling, case management, crisis intervention, and client education.
The classes all contained guest speakers who were professionals in the recovery field. Learning from these experts and connecting with them for future opportunities was invaluable.
Initially, I was concerned about taking the program online, but it was never an issue. I was able to forge excellent relationships with classmates. The encouragement and support from my peers in class were also beneficial and greatly appreciated. Throughout the five courses, students were encouraged to share experiences that they encountered at the treatment facilities where they work. This enabled us to understand and share our methods of dealing with real-life situations.
The CNEI program also evolves. The curriculum covers the requirements for a student to take the ICRC exam. Still, it also covers new relevant topics, approaches, and theories, as well as evidence-based research that has been published recently.
I highly recommend this program to any RADT or RAC who wants to further their career with state certification.
I also want to thank the team of professionals at CNEI: Jeff, Amber, Luis, Edwina, Bridget, Rebecca, and Chris. You all made my educational experience beneficial and enjoyable.
Thank you again!
