Just took a spin class here today with some coworkers. Donavan was great. He knows what the clientele needs & wants. He really delivers with the music and variations. The stretch afterwards is fantastic and super unique.

Fantastic!!
I was in Calistoga a few years ago on business and dropped into Calistoga Fit.
I spent one day in the gym, training. Great facility, with a nice selection of machines and free weights.
The following day, I took my first Yoga class and it was WONDERFUL! The instructor and class were just so welcoming and so accommodating. It was a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend!!!

I love this place and I never thought I would say that about a gym. A gym where you can feel comfortable, welcome, and free of judgement is amazing. Owners Jacqi & Donavan and the rest of their team have created a really welcoming community feel...another thing I never thought I would say about a gym. Everyone is welcome regardless of age, fitness level, or experience. It is great to work out in a place with a real cross section of people. Whether you are 18 or 81 this gym is for you. Also, no one has called me bro once which has really improved the gym experience.

I’ve been working out at Calistoga Fit since I moved to Calistoga two years ago, and I love it. The gym is always clean, well stocked, and it has all the equipment and machines I want, without being overwhelming. The staff and team are all super, and Donavan and Jacqi (owners) are totally wonderful and inspiring. I’ve been training with Donavan for almost a year and he is the best trainer I’ve ever worked with. If you are in town or if you live in the area I absolutely encourage you to go get your sweat on there!

I have been a member at Calistoga Fit for several years. Management, trainers and staff are all top notch professionals who focus on clients wellness and fitness experience. The program constantly evolves to improve its business model and to serve the needs of the community. For the past 6 months I have enjoyed the online demand video classes and the variety of in-person classes including kettle bells, boxing, yoga, pilates, barre. During the "Shelter in Place Order", private training was offered via FaceTime and Zoom classes were added to keep us moving -my favorite Butts & Guts. I consider everyone at Calistoga Fit my friends, it's a REAL relationship fitness center.

As a part-time soon-to-be 65-year-old resident of Calistoga, I can say unequivocally that Calistoga is my happy place because of Calistoga Fit! I typically take 3 spin classes, 1 restorative yoga class, and 1 private training session a week and they are the best of the best. Every single instructor is excellent. I have had the good fortune of working out privately with Donavan for years and he is #1 in my eyes for skill, temperament, team-building and all-around talent.

It’s a gym! It’s a fitness center! It’s a Yoga studio! It’s a family!? CalistogaFit, owned and operated by inspirational and delightful couple, Donavan & Jacqi Almond, is an amazing gift to Calistoga. As premium members for three years, we’ve enjoyed soaking, swimming and water aerobics in the mineral pools at Calistoga Spa, taking all kinds of strength and fitness classes at the gym (spin, boot camp, etc), yoga, Pilates, barre, and TRX at the studio, yoga at nearby resorts, helpful pointers from each of the expert, wonderful instructors and trainers- all with an upbeat sense of family, friendship and community that is second to none. Covid-19? No problem! Donavan & Jacqi quickly pivoted to Zoom & online on-demand classes and training. These guys are Pros with a capital P. It’s no wonder their organization has been named Napa Valley’s best fitness center for years on end. Bravo, CalistogaFit! You guys rock!!
