This program helped my son with emotional awareness and social skills. I’ve seen a lot of improvement in his behavior.

If you are looking for someone who is loving and passionate about what she does, you should definitely consider Ms Marcela.

Calming bee also has parenting support sessions which have been really helpful for me and my husband.

Ms Marcela is very kind and professional. She is great with kids my son loves her!

Daughter loved her experience with Calming Bee. Teacher Marcela was very patient with the children and set up a fun and safe learning environment for the children. With lots of engaging activities and adventures for them. Was a great social and emotional learning experience for my daughter.

Marcella at Calming Bee has truly been a godsend to our family. I knew I wanted my daughter in a nature school, and there are many options in San Diego. I reached out to Marcella with all of my concerns and she made me feel extremely comfortable. She sends me texts throughout the class of my daughter so I know she’s in good hands. My
daughter loves going to nature school so much that she is upset with me when it’s time to leave because she is having so much fun. We love calming bee and I would highly recommend it to anyone

My kids love Calming Bee! They are 8 and 11 and have the best time at Calming Bee. If you are looking for an outdoor program/nature school I highly recommend.

This program has helped my son to develop better social skills, to be patient and to work as part of a team. Before this program he had a bad school experience but thanks to Calming bee he now enjoys being part of a group again. The kindness and professionalism of Miss Marcela has helped my son become well integrated. I am deeply grateful to Calming bee for the care and excellence.

Before my daughter started at Calming Bee with Ms.Marcela she was shy& scared to do things independently from me but now she not only has confidence in herself but with learning/ group problem solving with other kids as well. She comes home with more understanding of Spanish, math & ways to emotionally regulate all while getting the outside time she wants/needs.

My 3 & 6 year old attended Marcela's classes and they both loved going there. I love that her classes are small in comparison to other nature schools. My boy attended another nature school and he was constantly overstimulated and he could never remember anything he learned whereas with Marcela he could tell me every activity they did and he would always come home calm.... yes they are true to their name!!

My son started attending Calming Bee at the start of the year and has absolutely blossomed! His vocabulary has evolved and he has become a lot more independent and social. He loves going to school each week and his little sister can’t wait until she’s old enough to go too!
