The Phlebotomy Tech program led by Shae is an excellent course. Shae demonstrates remarkable enthusiasm and a strong desire to educate her students. Both she and our teaching assistant, Estela, exhibit impressive skills and expertise in blood drawing. Their constructive feedback has been invaluable. I truly appreciate their dedication and commitment, and I am excited to begin my very own journey in the field! Shae was the most amazing and caring teacher I’ve had! She helped me every step of the way not leaving me out at all. As well as the other students she went above and beyond. I had so much fun and I’m definitely going to miss this class. Shae is very smart and I would love to work with her if I could! I also wanted to give a big thanks to our TA Estela, she was so helpful and very caring, love them both!!

Ms.Shay was the best instructor. She was very detailed and knowledgeable with everything she taught us. I’ve never had such helpful instructors. Would definitely recommend this course to anybody looking to start a career into the medical field or for someone to looking to further their careers.

My experience since the beginning was great, our phlebotomy instructor was great. She was very welcoming and helpful. Our online teacher was the best, always helpful, she would respond to a message very quickly and super nice. In class instructor was the best as well, she made me feel confident about my skills and answered all my questions with great details.

I really liked the program. My instructor Shae was very attentive as well as Estella. They were always pushing us to trust our gut while we were drawing patients/ classmates. They were both making sure we studied every day at least for 30 mins-1 hour. I would definitely recommend this class.

Shae is the the most positive and encouraging instructor, she has amazing teaching instructions and our T.A Estella was super helpful and did an excellent job making us feel comfortable and calm when learning hands on. Would definitely recommend this class to others! 10/10

Shae and Estella were amazing instructors!! I couldn’t have asked for better teachers for this course. They were both extremely kind and helpful and truly wanted you to learn the most. They always always push you to do the best and go out of your comfort zone. Truly grateful to have taken this class with them.

My experience taking this phlebotomy course was great. The instructor Shae Moreland is amazing she makes sure to answer every question you have. shows you step by step how to probably do things the correct way.
She will have you feeling very confident. She has such an amazing personality that it makes you excited to come to class. Prior to starting this course I fractured my thumb I was thinking of switching start dates but spoke to Shae first. She was very encouraging motivating and was willing to work with me. She told me not to worry we will get through it and will not let that get in the way from learning and It didn’t and I appreciate that. That’s the kind of person I want learn from someone who is passionate about what she is teaching. If you’re thinking of joining the phlebotomy field I definitely recommend taking her class.
