great camp. best summer camp food we have had. was a little understaffed for some merit badge items. very dusty. visited for 2nd session. weather was perfect - highs in the upper 70s lows in the 40s and 50s. amazing night sky.

Used to be our favorite place for taking our Cub scout, but not anymore. The ranger decided he was going to make his own speed bumps, and even going at a crawl (less than a mile an hour) they damaged our vehicle. Ranger pretty much told us to screw off and that they're not responsible even though he's the one who dug all the ditches that he call speed bumps himself. Told us to sue if we have an issue.

Camp Raymond is absolutely an amazing place for boy scouts to get their merit badges. The staff is helpful and the campsite is beautiful. As a side note, the aquatic areas are the best part if camp. The lake is beautiful and the pool is perfect.

This place is absolutely incredible!!! Beautiful scenery, lots of shade. Fire pits, ash barrels, potties and showers near to every camp spot, and an absolutely fantastic camp Ranger. I cannot wait to come back again next year!!!

The Weblows weekend that is hosted as well as the daycamp is awasome. The staff are friendly and helpful.
The rest of the summer is for the boy scouts to earn different merit badges as well as other ranking activities.

I have been to BSA Camp Raymond 3 times, twice as a Scout and once working as a staff member at the rifle range. The first time I went was the first time that I ever was away from home for a week, and the staff there made me feel so at home and love it so much that I wanted to come back as a staff member. Of course there are a few people there who do not love their jobs as much as others, but 90% of the time is absolutely wonderful. I can guarantee that all of the senior staff members have the scouts happiness in mind! If you're on the fence about sending your child here, I would fully recommend that you do. One of my favorite places of all time, never forget it.
