I took the medical billing and coding program. My time as a student was mostly during the 2020 pandemic. The teachers I had over the course of 2 years were all very good teachers. The dean was very accommodating to my needs when I was diagnosed with cancer and had to take leave from my program. At the very end of my program, I had to unexpectedly temporarily become my mothers full time caregiver, and needed to take another leave from school. Being that it was the very end of my program and I only had one class left, which was a make up from my 1st leave of absence, the school basically pushed me out the door. They didn’t want me to take that last class which was a very necessary course to prepare me for state testing and for a career in the healthcare industry. Not only that, but they said I was considered a graduate of Campus. Even though I was one course short. I never have received my certificate, a diploma. Nothing. No phone call from their offices. Or career services. It’s almost like I never went to this school at all for 2 years. This school cares about their ratings and their stats and their money above anything else. They don’t care about the students. They want to push you out the door as fast as they can. Like sheep. The only proof that I was a student here that I have, is the $10K student loan I’m still paying on in 2024 and for the foreseeable future. I should note I maintained a steady 3.8 GPA throughout my time here. Now I find out that I could’ve taken the exact same program for FREE at the community college by my house. Absolutely a waste of $10K. And a whole lot of waste of time. Consider your options before going to this school.

Edit: Feather, the director of admissions and Campus staff reached out, and are addressing these issues. At least for now, it seems like they are attempting to fix the systemic problem that has negatively impacted my experience. More to come.*
Definitely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Campus to anyone that is serious about furthering their education. I called numerous times looking to enroll in the medical assisting program. Filled out my FAFSA and Tania was supposed to call me back to complete the enrollment process. A month and a half later, I never heard back and the semester is about to begin. Called again today was put on hold and sent to voicemail. This technical College is going to go out of business just like its predecessor MTI with this absolute disregard for potential students.

Absolutely do not recommend this school, it is a waste of time & money, they promise to help students seek employment which is not the case. You can go to another trade school be done faster and for way less money. Do not waste your time with these people!!!!

The staff is very helpful from enrolling to making sure you have everything you need for class. MTI has some of the best teachers around! Every teacher I’ve had so far has been super helpful and understanding and go above and beyond to explain every step of the way so you don’t feel lost. They’re very hands on and invested in every student’s success. When I first came in I felt overwhelmed as to how things would be like but they were all very reassuring. As long as you come to class and pay attention and ask questions there’s no way you can fail!

I attended MTI College and graduated their Accounting Technician Program on October 23, 2015. I enjoyed my classes. When I needed a tutor, my Dean Julie was able to get me one that helped me pass a very hard math class. Career services staff are absolutely awesome. They first place they sent my resume, I was hired. When I needed help with finding another job, they suggested AppleOne Temp Agency and I was immediately hired again and contracted with the County as a temp. I am now a permanent member of the Sacramento County Team and it is all because of MTI College. If you want a great experience, please schedule a tour with them and go.

This school is amazing the staff is very helpful. Debbie and Dr. Laura, Mae are by far the best teachers a student can ask for. I drove from Modesto to MTI because how high the school was rated in the area. I did the Medical assistant with Phlebotomy course. Learning from an actual doctor you can't beat that Dr. Laura is very personable very entertaining and showed us a lot of techniques with injections and blood draws. I highly recommend this school to anyone looking to get the best experience in today's medical field.

I am about to finish my paralegal degree here and am so happy I chose to go here. The program is ABA approved and can be challenging, but the instructors for all of the departments are always willing to spend the extra time if you have trouble with a concept. Their career services department already assisted me with finding a job in a law firm and I plan on staying there once I graduate. MTI is great!
