Unprofessional !
I went to the school after being informed over the phone that they were having a parent orientation today for parents of newly accepted kids.

When I show up first and foremost, students were hanging out at the main entrance, no security guards to open the door as in most schools.
Then, I walk inside and the front desk is empty, phones ringing and no one to ask me what I was there for except a bunch of students sitting down eating or on their phones (In the Lobby! Not the cafeteria).

I finally saw a person that seemed to work there, I asked him about the parent orientation for new students and he said he would go and find out about it and left me sitting there for almost 10minutes. Then I saw another person that seemed like she worked there and I asked and she told me there wasn’t any parent orientation!

Seriously? I took time off to go see this place where my son got accepted into but it was a waste of time and parking money.

I WIll NOT be sending my son here! The least they could have is a person to answer the phone and give accurate information.

I have been a student at cprep for about five years now. You can tell the teachers care and that the staff is really trying to make a difference in our community and classrooms. In a speech written by one of my fellow peers even they talk about the difference and impact cprep has had on their education. So if you are looking for a school with pride, high education, and feels like a big family this school will be perfect for your child.
