The Seed Lab has been the most comprehensive and practical training I have ever participated in. They have helped me refine my mission by providing the missing pieces I needed for successful execution. My budget prior to my Seed Lab membership would not have been sustainable. They have assisted me in identifying opportunities in my business plan that would allow me to be profitable while maintaining social impact. The website training and mentoring is unparalleled. I look forward to being an active alumni and I highly recommend this 5 star program.

Fast Track Fundraising Grant has opened my eyes to learn about the different kinds of grants that are accessible - Community, Corporations, State, Government, Foundations. It is important to get inputs from team members from their area of expertise before ever touching the computer. If proposal is partially funded. Then you do the amount of work within the funds provided. Commit less and deliver more. Narrative mapping really gives visual clarity so stay focused.

I just want to thank Caravanserai Project for being the first organization to believe in me. Being part of SEED LAB has taught me so many things that I had never taken into consideration when starting a venture. The amount of resources, referrals to other professionals, and the incredible community within the program is truly valuable. They go above and beyond in making sure we connect with the right people to answer key questions about our venture. I would highly recommend applying to SEED LAB if you get the chance!

I just took a great class for non-profits and learned so much. I love the access to the speakers that we needed more detailed information from during our course. I highly recommend reaching out to them for support!

I started my Non-Profit a handful of years ago and after 3 very successful years and rapid growth, I realized the rate in which we were growing, we were not able to sustain. I decided to take a step back and apply to a few different Social Entrepreneur Seed Programs, with the intention of focusing on building out some of the key areas we overlooked that were necessary. It's one thing to feel emotionally driven and invested to make a difference in this world, it's another thing to truly learn how to successfully. I am so grateful to the people at the Caravanserai Project and honored to be part of the 2021/2022 Seed Lab Co-hort. They have helped me speed up and scale-up our idea, from a seed to a real viable innovative business model. They not only have enthusiastically supported me and the others, but have also challenged me in ways I needed to stretch and grow. Studying social entrepreneurship involves building self-confidence and business connections alike, developing creativity, and getting real-world results and the Caravanserai Project has delivered that and more.

After receiving a life-threatening diagnosis many years ago, God had given me a vision to help others avoid health disparities. I was excited to fulfill the mission I was laid out to do, but I had no direction, no infrastructure, no volunteers and most of all lacked courage. I am grateful for the Caravanserai Project 2021/2022 Seed Lab program because this program has helped me sit down and map out the vision that was put in front of me. By being a part of the Seed Lab 2021/2022 Cohort team, I have been able to gain a clear vision on how I will execute my program to disabled veterans and underserved communities who face health challenges. Thank God for such amazing instructors as they give you the tools, knowledge, resources and confidence to succeed. It's a win/win situation as no one is left behind.
I recommend anyone who has a vision but not sure how to advance in their newly start up business, to please apply for this amazing cohort program that will empower you and put your business on the map. You won't regret it!
