Cardinal REFUSES to hire military personnel or veterans. I serve in the Air National Guard and I only serve 1 weekend a month. When I applied for a position that I was more than qualified for. But when they heard that I have the serve that 1 weekend they instantly weren’t interested in me. I am considering filing a lawsuit against cardinal for the absolute horrible treatment from them.

They only offer one job JH Routh packing. If you don't like the job they close you out and don't help you any more. The front staff is apparent nice in the beginning and become nasty after you don't want a job they first give you. Not every job is for everyone. We are all different and this agency don't seem to care other then sending people to the same place that they know no one is going to stay. It does not let yoi rate below one star and I wouldn't give Cardinal staff a half of a star. Choose wisely!! Good luck

They give you a debit card with about 100 hidden fees. By the time you get your paycheck every week there is nothing left on it and it's like you worked for free. It's a waste of time and they never have any good jobs. It would be more helpful to continue sitting on the couch and making no money compared to working for free.

After receiving my 2nd pay.

I am realizing they are either making a mistake or purposely ripping people off!

Me and a few co workers all work the same exact hours and have the same tax set up.

Yet we all got paid different amounts by $80 difference we also all get paid the same amount!

Busting my ass earning $300 a week is bullshit pay!!!

Please save your time, I applied for a job here trying to find work desperately. I showed up to the place they sent me on Monday morning. I couldn't find the entrance to the building. I called and said I was having trouble to finding the entrance. Called me back an hour later or so...the lady at the desk called me back and was asking if I had made it, I explained the situation and told her I was having trouble she then got really nasty and I asked her nicely why she was getting nasty with me. She denied she was and I said it wasn't my fault and couldn't find the entrance I was supposed to go in.

I worked through Cardinal and got full time placement at my current job. I never had any problems with them and any time I had a problem with where I was working they were very fast and responsive to my issues.

They are the worst staffing services in Sandusky. I suffered a back injury and was told afterwards I was not hirable no longer. I could only post this by giving them 1 star. They need no stars.
