The staff is friendly, they teach and interact with children, they don't just let them roam freely, they have a schedule of things for kids to follow so that they are engaged in learning activities. I would recommend this place if you are putting your child in daycare for the first time and kind of scared about your child's treatment and well being. My daughter sometimes cries because she has so much fun she doesn't want to leave. She always tells me "teacher is nice to me"

Carelot in Waterford is great. My boys love going here. My son has learned a lot in the last couple years. The staff is so friendly and caring (Kelly, Mimi, Lisa, Miss Taylor, Lindsay ) You guys are awesome!!

We love this daycare! Our son can’t wait to go to “school” every day and play with his friends. The teachers are so loving and kind and they teach him everything! I can’t recommend it enough! We feel blessed to have found this place for our son.

They said we are in business for 20 years. But still they do not know how to operate. At the time of admission they will tell you different things. They will never return your security deposit. If you inform them your child is not coming from next week the director totally change here attitude and they will pack your child all stuff even on notice period and never return your deposits. Forcefully we had to take our daughter early out before two weeks notice because they think she is not coming any more and they have all 100 of reason not to gave your security back. For infant they have very small room every time we visit our daughter she is always crying.
We try to contact owner they never help you. We do not fell safe to send our child in this day care after giving notice and how they treat you.

Family oriented, fun, educational. My son has been going since 6 weeks old. He's grown so much socially. The teachers have been phenominal with my son. He enjoys going to school. I couldnt ask for a better center to send my child.

All of the staff are very welcoming and take their time with the children to offer them fun learning experiences. They genuinely care for the children and give them consistency while away from their homes for the day. Would highly recommend.
