We joined CPNS several months ago and our experience has been wonderful. Our 2-year-old has developed more confidence, creativity, and independence. Teacher Julie, Leyda, and Jill made noticeable efforts to help my daughter acclimate to the school atmosphere and they were gentle and compassionate to my daughter’s feelings. Now she loves going to school!

As a new mom, I found community with other parents at the school. It was great to find people I could relate to. In addition, the teachers have been supportive and helpful in discussing new toddler challenges as they came up.

I highly recommend CPNS and am grateful to have found this school.

This preschool is the best! Surrounded with abundance of child equipment and toys, school has best teachers, my kid teacher Denise cares about child with heart and soul, and conduct child education with lots of creativity. My kid loves this school! We are so lucky to be enrolled. I love the huge outdoor space, and the child-led-play, so child can play based on own interests instead of assigned play. My 2 year old toddler developed social skills at school, and he loves the activities. The teachers are kind and professional in early child education, my kid loves teacher Denise! I also like the monthly parent support workshop, it helps parents learn about how to solve conflict, big feelings, setting boundaries etc, very helpful and practical.

Carlmont Parents Nursery School (CPNS) is a place where teachers truly work with the parents for the developmental needs of the child.

I was initially skeptical of CPNS because we were enrolled in another school (T-TH), which seemed more structured and organized. But I came to find out what mattered most was a school's attitude and approach to the child when the child is in need.

My son has separation anxiety and aggressive behavior due to the introduction of a new sibling. CPNS, as a collectively community has been working with us through all of his phases/issues. CPNS teachers go out of their way to guide the kids and work with parents. They inform us of our son's behavior, they reassure us whether it's normal for his age/development stage and they provide suggestions on how we should be dealing with it at home as well.

We eventually withdrew from the T-TH school because their approach was to simply call us back and had us shadow him throughout the entire class time. They had no suggestion/feedback other than for us to monitor him during class time so he's not acting out against other kids.

We are grateful to have found a school where teachers, management and other parents are willing to work collectively with us through any issues.

Huge fan of CPNS. We are so lucky to be a part of such a great community. We love being involved with our child's school-life, and we get to know a ton of other parents as well. It's great. Also - Hands down, best outdoor play area.
