We have worked with Becky Jeffery for a couple of months and I must say, once you tell her what you are looking for, she is determined to find it. She honors the Goff slogan "We always have time for you". She responded quickly to my texts and phone calls and if she didn't know the answer, she would find out and got back to me quickly. She has multiple sales going on but she made us feel like we were her only client. If we were to ever buy again, she would be our only choice. We are also selling a home in Shadyside, Ohio soon. Since Becky did such a wonderful job helping us find one, and Carol Goff & Associates has several offices, we are staying with the Carol Goff Agency in our current area to sell the house we are moving out of. We hope our new agent has the work ethics as Becky Jeffery.

Dishonest, rude, unprofessional....can't say enough negative things about Carol Goff herself and her associates. We will never even glance at a property for sale with a Goff sign in the yard. You get what you give.
