So our waitress was excellent!! The atmosphere was amazing. We were there at happy hour time on a Wednesday. We had a party of 18 ppl. The bad side the fries were very badly burned and hard. No kids menu or items to order for 6 and under. The portions on other plates did not match price. Good place maybe for drinks and appetizers only. I will not be back.

We live close and have given this place multiple chances. The service has never been good. Most recently we waited 20 minutes after sitting down and had to ask for service. 5 minutes later and we had someone (who ended up not even being our server) take our orders. 15 minutes later and we still didn’t have our drink and had to ask for them to which we still waited. Three other tables got their food before ours and 1 had paid and left. Food was good but the lack of service doesn’t justify their prices. I will not frequent this place again as I am not going to spend my hard earned money in a place that doesn’t earn it.

Yes, I was spoken to about my bill and was refunded a portion of my bill. I was refunded my food portion of the bill only after I questioned if anything was done for the multiple other tables as I heard 2 of the tables have their entire bill taken care of. My bill was originally 86.68 and after questioning it the bill was dropped to 39.00 plus a 3% charge which brought it to 41.37 plus tax of 2.63 for a total of 44.00.

My husband and I live right around the corner from Caston & Main and stop in regularly for date nights. Last night was the first time we'd been there since they've been under new management, and it was hands down the best experience we've had!

We sat in the Whiskey Room, and Keefe was the bartender. He was exactly what a customer wants in a bartender - contagiously positive, attentive, knowledgeable, spoke highly of other employees, and was clearly having a good time himself. After he asked what our favorite drinks were, he even wrote down some cocktail recipes for us to try at home. Employees who take pride in their work like that and go above and beyond are what make customers want to come back.

My husband had a chicken sandwich that looked amazing.

Can't wait to come back again!

I live in the area and have been to this establishment for over 8 years. I went today with 3 of my friends and this was by far the worst experience I’ve had. Initially was told what NOT to order on menu, ALSO no soda was available, and that food isn’t that good bc they continuously run out of things.
We came bc we thought it was under new ownership. Tacos were ok, wings DO NOT come with FRESH celery or ranch, burger is overcooked and gross.
Got my celery and it didn’t even break when I bent it.
Server doesn’t want to be there, drinks take forever and the water like always, taste like they grabbed it out of the reservoir and squeezed a fish in it.

I mean will anyone ever save this restauarant?

Great atmosphere! The interior will surprise you if you haven't been there. My wife and I got a flatbread each and a bottle of wine for about 20 bucks during happy hour. Food was very good and our waitress was friendly, fast and efficient. I will go back.

Rico was amazing! His service was great! Good was so good as well! I gave it a 3 for atmosphere because it was so loud! It felt like I have to yell to talk to my husband

Had the chicken and waffles for brunch. They were good! Nothing special, but good. For $16, you're getting a single waffle and two chicken tenders which is rough.

The inside and outside are beautiful. I'd like to come back here in the Summer. Staff was super friendly.
