We have been with Catalight for about 5 months now and we have had nothing but good experiences. Despite what I am reading, it's so unfortunate that others have had bad experiences. We have had a fast turn around with clarifying questions and concerns and the experience has been great for us so far. Not sure if it's because my son received services before the many changes I hear Catalight & Kaiser have implemented since 2023.
