Samantha and her staff are wonderful! From the moment you walk in the door, they make you feel at ease. The office is top notch and clean. Samantha takes the time to sit down and talk to her patients, you do not feel rushed at all. She is very thorough. She explains everything she does and why she does it. Lab results are always back within a few days and Brenda is great with those. I definitely recommend their office to everyone!

Going into other offices is way more nerve racking than walking in here. It’s like home. I get my check-up every 6 months and my DOT physical at this office. Samantha listens and is super nice. I use to hate going to the doctor. Now I enjoy the ride from south Zanesville to new concord.

Cater-Mallett Medical Services is one of the Best medical facilities I have ever been to. Not because of the building; although, it is nice - all of the staff are exceptional there!!! They are personable and very caring. I would recommend them to anyone!
