I have bedn struggling with addiction for over 20 years, I was at my end alone broken just ready to give up. When I walked through the doors of the center in Bridgeport the day I got out of prison it was like peace and love washed over me. I am volunteering now and it has turned my life around. I promise you I was going to give up if CCAR didn't find me.

Very friendly people. Very clean atmosphere (no pun intended haha). Very positive uplifting atmosphere with frequent recovery meetings. They have a staff as well as volunteers who care and help with other problems people who face addiction have as well. As well as I nice computer area. Great place overall.

The amount of love the staff and volunteers have for what they do is HUGE! Noemi is a clinical worker and goes above and beyond. She speaks about recovery so true to the heart. And believes in you till you believe in yourself. Thank you CCAR. See y'all soon!

Staff and other volunteers are discouraging my husband and I to go there as a team in support for our recovery together. The Word of God encourages a wife cleave to her husband. Gods order is that he loves her like Christ loved the church and for wife to be husband's helpmate. This place needs positive modeling of healthy marriages. Marriage is a contract made by the state then sealed in a church in front of The Holy One. There is wickedness in the heart of a person when they discourage a matrimony. It's sad when God is merciful w people but then people forget God gives and God takes. It will be hard to continue treatment here.

CCAR is the place where I can express my feelings and thoughts.Its a place where anyone can find help if ur ready to stay drug free and start a new life...
