In order to further develop my management team’s professional skills, I reached out to CCCE to develop and administer a custom course around effective communications. The course focused on what communication channels were best suited for communicating different types of messages and helping my team understand how important tone and word choice are in communicating such messages. CCCE did a wonderful job listening to our needs and intent. They developed a class that engaged my team and provided real examples that resonated will with them. It was a great experience and since then, I can’t recall any instances of miscommunicated messages that needed to be escaped to me in the last year. Highly recommended.
