Simply THE BEST! I have been a client of CEDR's for several years and I also have been referring clients to them for years. As a Dental Practice Management Coach, I am very selective about who I refer my clients to. I do not have to worry one bit with CEDR. They are consistent, dependable, knowledgeable and always ready to help! They have helped my clients with situations that could have easily turned litigious but not with their counsel. During the COVID closure last year, they were second to none in staying informed and bringing us the most current legislature in a fashion we could all understand. Every business owner should have a trustworthy HR Advisor in their court. Their fees are beyond reasonable for the amazing service they provide. You can't afford not to work with them!

I hired this company several years ago and had a great experience with them then. Now things are apparently out of control in their office. We currently have several outstanding HR issues that we have contacted them about and have now been ignored for MANY days. Most issues are not emergencies and can be delayed for a day or two but we have now been waiting for several days on two different issues that are quite pressing. The response from CEDR when we call is "you will get a response when it is your turn." That is not acceptable. For the amount they charge every month to get this type of response to our emergency requests is unacceptable. Would appreciate a response ASAP to our pressing questions.

Excellent customer service, very responsive to my questions and very professional! They helped me resolve all my HR concerns and got my employee handbook and business policies updated so we are fully compliant with the new labor laws. And the way they worked around my busy schedule to make it happen was very appreciated. The peace of mind I have knowing that my business is protected legally by meeting requirements of the new laws is well worth the cost of their handbook review/updating service!

CEDRS has been an invaluable asset to my dental practice over the last three months. They worked tirelessly during the peak of the Pandemic.
