I was in urgent need of a good and thorough neuroeducational eval for my teenage son (dx ASD) and very luckily stumbled on this office. From the get go the interactions were super pleasant and professional. Dr. Sousa is a rare gem and I cannot say enough good things about her. She saw my son on a weekend and her calming demeanor, encouraging tone and empathetic attitude made my boy sit through the entire eval without any trouble.  To me it'd seemed like she was talking with (very pleasantly)  and testing my son the whole time, but when I read the report I was blown away by certain observations that she had made. It made me go "She'd observed that?!", Wow!" She saw what most people would miss and I was impressed  with the articulate and clear way in which all her observations and thereafter the recommendations were communicated in her report. The report turnaround time was reasonable. Her office kept in touch the whole time and Natalia was super responsive and polite in all her communication. Totally recommend their services.
