They need to call representatives. I've had question regarding admission, but the guy didn't bother checking and just said "I don't think we do that here" instead of verifying with a superior.

As a new student to cac, the process was difficult and unwelcoming. While the advisors are amazing (and the one girl up front with the ear piercings), and genuinely care about the students, the rest of the staff had been disrespectful and snotty each time we got on the phone. Even more so when dealing with the bookstore and student accounts.

My first semester went smoothly, but it went down hill during the second semester. Two of my professors lacked proper response times, one of them never answering any of my questions/emails, and another frequently taking more than a few days to respond. This lack of communication significantly impacted my grades especially when I was getting responses on due dates, or even receiving no response, and poor grades were being left unanswered for.

One of the factors that pushed me over the edge and ultimately led me to leave the school was the unprofessional response I recieved from a teacher when I raised my concerns. Despite reaching out to appropriate boards to address the school's behavior in whole, there has been no response for months, indicating a clear lack of concern for ethics and education standards.

Overall, my experience with CAC School has been a disappointment. Many of my classes relied solely on reading the book, and doing whatever activity is inside it. Due to the extremely minimal engagement from professors, I was essentiall paying for prompts. Now i'm stuck paying off books that I didn't use, and am not allowed to return. Maricopa virtual academy was able to provide a better and more efficient education despite their rushed set up, compared to a school that has been standing for years.

Even getting in on a scholarship is not worth the investment in any sort of way.

That girl with the red hair in the A Building is very helpful and cool! Her name is like Natasha or something, at the HelpDesk.

Literally never open, or has anyone working when they're there. Financial aid help needed? Forget it. They're never in. You're better off driving into Coolidge Better customer service and they're always there
