Worst place , don’t come here . Appointment time 11:00 am . Check in time 10:45 am . Now 4:15 pm still waiting for dock and its not only me i added a photo too its almost 20 trucks some of them are before me . They don’t care about your appointment. If u want to come here most welcome but bring your food and fresh log book .

QR code check in system, you have to check in by phone and wait until they call you for door, after they call you ,it will be about hour and half to two hours to get loaded. They will come out to put the seal on your truck and sign the bills.

Was there many times. Easy to reach there from I-71 to OH-97. They really load the trailer in 30 minutes. But! You could wait for dock, appointment and so on for an hours... I was loaded from there more than 10 times, only twice I was delayed because of broken down crane. They are good people!

As usual, I seem to have a different experience than most everyone else. I was told my appointment was 8:00 to 11:00 a.m. but when I got here I found out that my appointment was actually at 6:00 a.m. so I was 5 hours late. Immediately was put into a dock, and within 5 minutes had a red light and they were already loading me. No one was rude. In fact they were all very nice. Overall one of the better experiences I've had with shippers. Thanks guys!

It's one of the worst places for pick up. Minimum 4-5 hours wait to get your truck loaded. First, they load your truck, and then they realize they messed up something, then they unload the whole truck, then again loaded it good practice for hourly workers. Probably, this company needs to pay them more so they can work hard and smartly. If it was possible, 0 ⭐. They got no respect for carrier's or drivers' time.

2 stars only bc the people were nice and the docks are easy to maneuver. Apparently was 2-4 pm. Arrived a little after 2pm and was assigned a dock fairly quick. It is now 7pm and I'm still staring at a red light. Utterly ridiculous
