Stopped in needing fuel and didn't realize the airport was closing for maintenance. I flagged down one of the friendly workers who coordinated with George the manager, and they were beyond friendly and accommodating in opening the runway to let me depart. Saved me big time ! Beautiful airport with cheap fuel and absolute first class staff that went out of their way for me and my passenger. Thank you again guys!

My husband and brother-in-law were treated to a ride in a biplane that traveled over the Connecticut river for their birthdays here. It was a great experience and we've been coming back every since, just to watch planes of all models and vintage take-off and land. There's plenty of free parking and it's fun to watch, even on a clear winter day.
