My son started here this past August, and so far I love it, and he loves his teachers! Soon as I drop him off he is walking up towards them. ? everyone here operates so professionally, and they always put updates in the app.

The CDC is an exceptional place where our child has received the best care. Our child adores his teachers and is constantly learning and growing. The administrative staff is amazing and excellent at communication. The CDC has exceeded all of our expectations and provided such peace of mind for us as working parents.

HANNAH DOES NOT TREAT EVERY ONE THE SAME. THERE IS A CHILD THAT ATTENDS THE DAYCARE THAT HAS HIT AND HURT MULTIPLE PEOPLE AND NEVER RECEIVED AN INCIDENT REPORT. THIS WAS GIVEN INFORMATION TO ME FROM ANOTHER MOTHER WHO IS CAUCASIAN. MY SON HAS HAD INCIDENT REPORTS BUT NOT MANY TO HURTING OTHERS BUT MORE BECAUSE OF HIS BEHAVIOR. SINCE SOMEONE HAS CAME FORWARD ABOUT BEING HURT THEY DETERMINE TO KICK MY SON WHO IS AFRICAN AMERICAN OUT OF THE SCHOOL. THE SAME RULES SHOULD APPLY TO EVERYONE. MY SON IS NOT PERFECT BUT HE HAS HAD A INCIDENTS WHERE NOTHING WAS WRITTEN UP. Gertrude Remmel Butler Methodist Child Development Center Inc. my son was treated unfairly. Multiple staff members told me to get him out of there. Multiple staff members told me I need to call DHS on them because they don't follow the guidelines. I stayed because I believed everything they was telling me until today. A incident occurred yesterday with a student who was playing rough with other students and my son was involved. I spoke to other parents who kids were involved with the rough play and none of them were terminated. Today I was told that my son was terminated due to incident that occurred yesterday with no proof and with no information given to me. My son is not perfect and has been written up before but he has been doing so well lately and been having a good week this week and last week. A decision was made without my involvement but just the director HANNAH. HANNAH WAS UPSET BECAUSE THE CHILD'S PARENTS CAME UP THERE AND WANTS THE CDC TO PAY THE DOCTOR BILL BECAUSE THERE CHILD GOT HIT IN THE STOMACH. MIND YOU MY SON HAD KNOTS IN HIS HEAD FROM THE DAYCARE AND NO INCIDENT REPORT WAS MAD. MY SON GOT BIT IN THE HAND GOT STAPH INFECTION AND NO REPORT OR CARE WAS MADE. MY SON GOT HIS HAIRCUT WITH SCISSORS MORE THAN ONE TIME AND NO CARE INCIDENT WAS MADE. MY GOT HIT IN THE FACE WHERE HE HAD A BLACK EYE AND BLOODY NOSE AND NO INCIDENT REPORT WAS MADE. NOT ONLY THAT I EVEN HAD A PARENT TO THREATEN MY CHILD AND CALL MY CHILD OUT OF HIS NAME. I HAVE HAD STAFF MEMBERS TELL ME I NEED TO CONTACT DHS ABOUT THIS. I'M HAPPY I HAVE PROOF OF ALL THESE INCIDENTS THAT HAPPENED TO MY SON AND DOCTORS BILLS. AND THEY WON'T SHOW YOU ANY PROOF of the incidents EVEN WHEN YOU ASK.

We have loved coming to CDC! We have great teachers who love our son like he is their own. Ms. Mysheia is his current teacher and has been a real blessing! She keeps us informed on how our son is doing and helps to make sure we stay involved!

We enrolled our 6 month old at CDC a short while ago and have been lucky to have two great teachers! Our baby attached to Ms. Kim right away because of her warm snuggles and Ms. Queen has attended to our little one's sensitivity by trying new eating and napping strategies. Ms. Queen gives wonderfully detailed reports at the end of the day, that helps us feel safe and confident in his care.

We cannot say enough good things about the CDC! We have had our 16-month-old enrolled since was 4-months-old, and we all love it. They have incredible health precautions, a supportive network, and amazing teachers. It’s evident how much he is learning, too, as he surprises us daily with what he knows. Staff is communicative and his current teachers, LaToya and Sha, are exactly who he needs right now. They are so loving and it’s clear how much he loves spending time with them. We are so grateful to entrust the CDC with our precious boy each day and for the experiences they offer him!

I was with this center for over 11+ yrs all 3 of my daughters went here until 5/25/2022 when the staff aloud a sub to abuse my child. Not only did staff lie and give me the run around they lied about reporting the abuse. Every since they got rid of Sandra that center is going down. They now have a new director that has time to
Lay on her back and make kids but not enough time to run an establishment with teachers that are passionate about what they do. I will not be recommending.. and if your an employee you can view cameras and everything to your liking if your child attends but if your just a normal parent you can’t view anything and if an Incident happens you will not be notified

We have been so blessed by this daycare. Ms. Kim has loved on both of my babies and she is absolutely wonderful. Ms. Mysheia is a godsend. My little one loved going to her class and we watched her grow so much Ms. Mysheia's class. Ms. Zenobia has been wonderful to both of my children even though she was not their primary teacher. She loved them like they were her own.

The daycare itself has such wonderful communication. I know what's going on in the class each day and what we can work on or what we need to bring. They make sure the kids are safe and taken care of.
