My husband and I are very pleased with CTO’s- ODJFS training classes. I own Kids Learn & Care Childcare services, and with that being said, customer service, great work ethic, professionalism, as well as having knowledgeable experience is something I strive for in my own business and therefore respect other business’ that do the same. Joel and his company definitely exhibits the exact same qualities, and will always go the extra mile to make sure he can accommodate your busy schedule as best as he can. We first used CTO over 2 years ago for all my trainings, and recertifications, and going forward will continue to use him for my entire staff, as well as continuing to refer him to others. I have taken CPR and first aid training classes before and this one was more in depth. It never felt rushed and he was available to answer all of my questions. He is punctual, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I will be using his services again once I open my center to have my staff trained. This class is worth every penny.

He came to our center with a great attitude and all of the equipment needed. He was even kind enough to bring some coffee for our group. The information was great, and the instructor was very knowledgeable. He was able to answer all of our questions. He was also able to provide personal experiences that related to the information being taught. Excellent!

The trainers were all fantastic. My center needed CPR, First Aid, Communicable Disease and Child Abuse Recognition for ODJFS approval. The classes were easy to set up and they came to my center to train my staff.

Found on Nextdoor! The trainer was personable, informative, and even brought us his own company's coffee! Local Community Grounds. Such a nice touch. Time went by fast and we were able to get hands-on practice, that was really good for me. Thanks!
