My two boys have been attending for almost 7 months now. My oldest has flourished while there. My youngest started right at a year and has made great strides. I do wish there was more stability in teachers among the classes - but anytime I have concerns they have been addressed immediately. I'm very pleased so far.

I unenrolled my infant because he would be sweaty and unhappy when I picked him up. 3 different teachers in the infant room said it had been stuffy because the AC went out 2 months prior. I talked to the front desk and they claimed it was out for less than a week and it was being looked into. They promised tummy time as well but my child would be in a bouncy all day (until bottle time) when I asked why they weren’t marking his tummy time down on the daily report they said, “If we did tummy time we would really have to watch him.” I picked up no later than 4:30 and the teacher would let the remaining kids scream in their chairs so she could get her closing work done only to stop and tend to someone when she saw me through the glass. I felt paying $200 for 3 days a week was steep for him to be sat in a chair most of the day, hot & crying with little time being held or played with.

Children's Learning Adventure in Maricopa, AZ has been a wonderful daycare for my almost 3 year old son. He started there right before his 1st birthday and had a hard time adjusting (as any child and parent does!), but the staff was wonderful and made him feel comfortable. He has progressed well in social and educational skills and comes home sharing his day and pointing out things to us we didn't know he knew! Definitely recommend!

Great place if your child is old enough and disciplined enough to do for themselves. My one year olds were fed foods they were allergic to on more than one occasion despite the paperwork me and my doctor filed out. They took them outside without their coats on in the winter time causing them to get sick. Even though I brought food for my children everyday in the format they suggested they would not feed my children. When I picked them up they would tell me how hungry my babies must be because they wouldn't eat the food they gave them. Because of shift changes they always forgot to take care of my babies.

My son has been going here for about a year now, they are a bit pricey but totally worth it! My son is 3 and can tell you the difference between a liquid and a solid he can speak some Spanish words of course count read some words and write his name. They really go above and beyond. The staff is very caring as well and makes all the difference for where you leave your child for 8 hour days.

My 4 year has been going to CLA for about a year now and she loves it there. It seems all the staff and teachers know my child by name. Every time we leave, everyone acknowledges and says goodbye to my daughter, even my youngest daughter that tags along with me, which does not attend CLA yet. My 4 year old only goes part time, which I'm pleasantly surprised the interaction she has with her teachers and staff, being that she's only there a quarter of the time than most children. I only hear good things from my daughter when it comes to CLA and never once has she been unwilling to go there. Every incident (whether big or small) I have been contacted immediately, which makes me feel comfortable leaving her in CLA's hands.

My son has attended CLA in Maricopa since the day the center opened...the staff is amazing, the teachers are wonderful and we couldn't ask for a better director - Ashley is a wonderful director. My son absolutely loves attending CLA; he loves his teachers, the activities...everything about CLA! When our children love where they spend the majority of their day and the care being provided for them...that says a lot!

Hate this place. Teachers are a hit or miss of getting a good teacher. They Forced me to take my daughter to a Dr when she was not even sick. I pay $200/week for my 3 year old. If I'm paying that much I would expect everyone to be nice and the teachers to be great. Some of the helpers in my daughters class act annoyed to get my daughter. If you're going to be annoyed about children then get a different job.
