Review of the infant and toddler room. These teachers have a passion for what they do, most have been there for 8+ years. They do tons of activities, crafts, sensory play. I can live stream cameras to my phone on the app. Infant room updates every poop, pee, bottles, and sleep event. We are incredibly grateful for you and all of the wonderful teachers in the infant and toddler rooms. The hard work, love, and care they pour into each day means the world to us, and we feel so lucky knowing our child is in such compassionate hands. Thank you for everything you do! Here is their latest fall photo shoot the did! 🥰

I really appreciate this daycare. There are many aspects of it that make it a great place to take your kids.
When I had a tour, the first thing I noticed was that the kids were very well managed (2 year old room). Usually kids are all over the place, but when it was story time, they all went to sit on the rug. The structure here is solid; the kids know what to do.
There are cameras in each room, so you are able to check in on your kiddo whenever they are in their care. This brings a lot of peace to my heart, because taking your kid to daycare can be hard for a lot of people. There actually was an incident where one of the teachers was being too harsh with some of the kids, and I saw it on the camera (not abusive- just harsher than I felt comfortable with). I contacted the head staff as soon as I could to let them know, they were able to review the footage, and this teacher was reprimanded accordingly. They were also able to discuss appropriate actions for teachers in a training. I feel like they did their best to repair this breach in trust. Because of that incident, it definitely led me to be a bit more hypervigilant if I noticed anything like that again.
Considering that anyone might be harsh OR abusive with your kids at a daycare no matter which one they go to, you WANT to have your kids in a daycare with cameras!!!
Also, they use a great app for communicating and sending pictures of activities the kids participate in. They really engage with kids here, and there are NO TVs in the rooms.
The teachers are friendly, conversational, and really care about the kids. The head staff is compassionate and helpful.
Lastly, the tuition is very reasonable, considering all the perks that come with it.
I really appreciate this place and the people that make it great! Thank you!! 💛

I am grateful for the staff at Childtime. The ladies genuinely care for both of my boys and it makes me happy to see my boys excited to be there when we arrive. They come home with lots of art projects, they are read to and there are many different interactive toys for them to play with. At the end of the day I want my kids experience at daycare to be enriched and I want them to come home happy. Period.

Did a tour , most of the babies were crying in the infant room there was one of the teachers/caretakers that looked like she hated her job with the constant resting b face look on her face and one baby that caught my eye that was sitting there crying and I kept looking at her like why is she not doing something anything she rolled her eyes and went to him and picked him up NOT gently or reassuring but swung him up by his arms all rough then sat him on her lap! He was the only dark haired little guy in there and it broke my heart (my baby then started crying from how unhappy they were) That lady had black hair in a messy ponytail and I think the girl that gave me the tour said her name was vivian. If that’s your baby, I hope you find another place for him or they replace that lady.

My son had issues with physical violence at this daycare. He was kneed in the face and lost his tooth because of it. The kid that did it wasn’t removed, even though there were multiple complaints about him. Also, they switched the bus schedule with little notice and said they could no longer pick my son up. They are horrible. Don’t waste your money. Look for better quality elsewhere.

I don't have the privilege of being a stay at home mom, so when it was time for me to go back to work, I was stressing out about finding the right care for my infant. It's every Parents' worst nightmare leaving your baby with complete strangers but after interviewing Ms. Kristina and the infant room staff, they made us feel comfortable and worry free about leaving our baby. Ms. Mona is our primary caregiver and she's been employed there for over 25 years. I also have a coworker who's son has been enrolled at Childtime since age 1.5, he is now 4.

After extensive research and touring about 7 big name daycares (including in-home) in the Clovis/Fresno area, we decided on Childtime based on the years of experience the infant room teachers held, safety and Clovis unified curriculum followed. It's been 8 months & we still are confident in our decision.

My son started here in the infant room. He stays about 5-6 hours a day. I send him with a lunch everyday (even though they provide all meals) and I have special food and drink requests that they are happy to accommodate. I appreciate the menu they offer, since it exposes him to new foods and textures. He is now slowly transitioning into the toddler room and is happy as a clam to be learning new things and meeting new friends. They also have outdoor time twice daily when weather permits. He has developed a strong bond with Ms. Mona and will sometimes cry because he only wants to be held by her and doesn't want to come home with us. They put together special family activities like Thanksgiving brunches & Spring Fruit picnics. My baby comes home with cute little projects which I can add to his scrapbook.

Childtime also uses an app called Brightwheel which they let you know anytime he has a meal, nap or diaper change. They will also send us cute little pictures and projects/themes of the week. You can also utilize the app to send messages to the staff throughout the day.

Childtime also has video cameras in each room, which you can watch the monitors without them seeing you. This is a lifesaver for me. I like to pop in during my lunch time and "spy" on my son as he plays in the infant room.

The only downside, is that he has been exposed to many sicknesses since day 1, but that comes with any daycare/school environment.

With the help of Childtime, my baby has learned routine, social skills and learned so much. He is so loved by the staff.

I just got off the phone with child time. You basically get transferred to a call center. The representative was very short and rude. She also asked for a lot of personal information when I was just inquiring about rates. She was unable to answer some of my questions and said I would have to ask the center directly. Probably would make more sense for parents to just be able to call the center directly. I was not impressed and will not be seeking further information from this location.

Called To ask if they are expecting kids. A man answered named was Matt. Wanted to get my information. I asked him before giving any information if they are taking 1 and a half year olds. He said he is going to build a profile and help me look for a day care . I said I am already doing that that’s why I called and he just hung up. All I have to say is that’s not how you talk to ppl or conduct yourself especially if your a man.
