Most terrible childcare we have ever enrolled our child to.
Some of the teachers are abusive - yelling, threats, time-outs are a daily norm.
My child was heavily bullied for weeks nd none of the teachers interfered. He was hit in the genitals and called names, was hit and called names. Nothing happened from the teachers' sides. We had to report them.
My child still suffers from the trauma of bullying and the teacher's scare tactics and threats.
On the live cam I observed my child sitting on the floor crying for at least 10 minutes and no one reacted until I called them.
I walked in once and my child was crying and a kid kept ripping things out of his hands. The teacher was sitting on a table next to them and did nothing until I confronted her. She shrugged it off like "he like to cry".
The food is terrible and portions are so small that my kid was usually hungry. I had to pack extra food for him just to make sure he has extra food with him.
It reminded me of food they serve in jail on the same foam plates.
Snack almost ALWAYS consist of ice cream, muffins, cupcakes, sugary crackers or just some gold fish.

No one in there was ever loving or caring about any of the children.
The teachers have a very very small education and don't know how to manage the classroom properly. Some kids are out of control and jump on and off the tables (no, I am not joking).
No music enrichment except for music played from the radio.
Arts & Crafts are basic and nothing that helps kids develop new skills.
Heavily focused on academics like writing etc.

ZERO parent events. Zero Community, zero care. Here and there a fake 'Hey' towards a kid that arrives or a parent.
That's all. No reports on children's development and progress.

HIGH turnover of staff. People came and went every month. Most of the time we didn't even know the person who was with the kids. Never were we informed about any changes regarding the staff.
Generally we weren't informed of anything.

There is NO communication from the director. Zero. She doesn't do anything but sit in her office and chat with the coworkers. Go see for yourself.
No updated calendar - not online or anywhere. No updates on anything. No answers to my messages ever.

The place is definitely under staffed and I am not surprised, because this place is a nuthouse. Often my kid wasn't even in his classroom because they constantly have to combine them in other classrooms due to teacher shortages.
You go in a try to find your child somewhere inside the building.

Absolutely no consistency, no communication, no enrichment.
Garbage.

P.s. disregard the owner's comment that will follow this. It's all just talking and a lie and they know it. Their parents handbook is also filled with a lot of pretentious claims and full of lies. Trust the bad reviews on here.

My wife scheduled a virtual tour nearly month in advance with the Director. On the day of the virtual tour, my wife logged in and waited 30 minutes for the meeting to begin. After, she called and inquired the staff about the scheduled meeting, only to find that the person scheduled to conduct meeting was out at lunch. No reply that day from the staff worker or director. No apology. The following day, my wife receives an email stating that they were sorry that MY WIFE MISSED THE MEETING!! 😂😂. Poor first impression. Our daughter won’t be attending and we won’t recommend. We’ll share about this experience with others, instead.

I’ve talked to parents that have experienced specific teachers working there who have been rough with the kids there. One incident led to a kid being dropped on his head twice. Another incident a teacher pulled a kids arm aggressively. One of the parents watched on camera a snake slithering around the playground and the children continued to play while the teachers fled leaving them there. Some how these teachers who continuously do disrespectful things towards the kids do not get punished at all. I advise you to choose any other day care than this so your own child will not be dropped on his or her head. And yes I have multiple witnesses and the school has all camera footage of these incidents. Once again…CHOOSE ANY OTHER DAY CARE.

My Daughter has not been at Childtime for very long, we are doing the Summer program. They seem to be excellent like the other reviewers have stated, clean friendly, organized.
The only blemish is the financial requirements that they did not inform me of before beginning this program. They stated that I can take my child out for a week for family trips, during the summer. That is true BUT I have to pay half of the tuition for that week that she is not there AND she is not guaranteed a spot when she returns. What am I paying half a week tuition for ($100)? They told me it is in the fine print of the extensive/redundant paperwork you have to fill out to enroll your child. Take extra time to do this paperwork because there is a lot of redundant pages to fill out.

Overall, the teachers do not make the policy and it is not their fault. The teachers are excellent. I just wanted to warn other parents to be prepared for 'hidden' charges.

I would recommend this facility.

Last week I visited Childtime for the first time. I was greeted by De Anne, the Director, at the front door with a great big inviting smile.:) She walked me through the entire preschool which was very clean and kid friendly. I have visited many schools and from my first impression, this one gets a 5 star rating! Great job guys!:)

My 4 year old son has been attending Pre-School here at Childtime for the past month and a half. When we enrolled him we were hoping he would gain a little more structure (breaking away from mom a little bit) and, with the help of his teachers, would develop a stronger educational foundation prior to starting kindergarten. He has gained that and so much more. This facility is clean, welcoming, and the staff are outstanding beyond words. He is greeted with the warmest of welcomes every single morning. He went from being unwilling to count or sing his ABCs to being able to count to the teens and sing his complete alphabet in just weeks. His teachers post pictures of his daily activities through the brightwheel app and I’m constantly thinking, wow what a clever idea, what fun, how cool! They are always doing something new and different. And he loves to go. It was so hard at first dropping him off but now he asks eagerly when am I going back to school? He loves his teachers and his friends. I would HIGHLY recommend This facility for any of your child care needs. It is clean, educational, and fun. I cannot say enough how appreciative I am of Childtime Temecula!

My 8 week old daughter dropped in for a few days a few weeks ago and loved it. They even took a picture of her first day at the center for us. Staff was welcoming and attentive to her needs. They asked questions to get to know her and what she likes. When I picked her up she was happy and doing tummy time which she hates to do at home. They must have the magic touch! Definitely would recommend this place to anyone that needs childcare.

Great preschool. The staff is very friendly and loves the children. My children love going and they learn so much it's amazing. We get updates thru out the day on our children so we always know what's happening. Very caring preschool.
