They have great quality teaching, nap-time tends to be very organized each child can bring a blanket from home and it gets put in a designated cubby. If you ever worried about the conditions your child is being put in theirs cameras in the lobby, or you can get an app on your phone that allows you to view your child's class room and see how they are being treated but I assure you their always in good hands. The staff always seems to be friendly towards my child, he would always come home and talk about all the fun things with pre-k teacher like making slime.

My son was neglected, ignored, had a blanket put over his face while trying to put him to "sleep", he was force fed by that same daycare instructor she got so frustrated with my baby, he was pulled to the ground and put in a headlock by another kid his first half hour there he screamed the entire time he was there with nobody besides my friend giving him any kind of care or any attention at all, this was all within TWO days. One day was 5 hours one day was 3. Both days I picked him up he had dried snot, food in his hair, eyes, face and clothes along with him gasping for air for a significant time from screaming and crying his heart out the whole time. I've never ever seen my baby in such condition or as upset as he was and now I just found out he's SICK and hasn't been sick since he was FOUR MONTHS OLDDD like make it make sense. This daycare should be ashamed of themselves !!!!! I feel like I'm never gonna get to work 🥹🥹🥹🥹I can't trust nobody with my kid Childtime on Manchester road y'all failed my baby and now I'm traumatized from putting him ANYWHERE again.

This daycare is horrible! None of the employees watch the children. They pick and choose favorites. The management team brushes things under the rug. No complaints about bumps and brusies are ever taken seriously. Accusations from kids are "lies" absolutely disgusted at how this center is ran. If you want no one watching your kids then enroll your kids. From day one the problems began and they just turn their shoulder.

The cook refuses to give children seconds on any and all food. The crew don’t follow proper health guidelines. The “directors” refuse to handle “difficult children” if they pay any tuition at all. The “directors” NEVER step foot in the classrooms to check up on the children or teachers through out the day. Several times I’ve picked up my child and they had crusted booger’s all over their face. I will NEVER bring my children here again.
