Wow, what a racist organization to protest the replacement of a black Cincinnati Council member with a white person. Blacks still get 9 out of 9 democrats on counsel but I guess skin color is more important than the content of his character? Absolutely shameful. MLK is flipping in his grave.

Would prefer to see them do more for our community. I am not seeing them doing anything to be honest. Seems to be lacking resources for our community. Also seem to be sitting in quietness. Far cry from the 50s and 60s where they actually made there presents known. Kinda wonder if they are truly for us anymore. Also would love to see them reach out to the young black LGBTQ community. Too many are being left behind and pushed away because lack of acceptance in our own community. United We Stand.....I thought

over the past couple of years under the current leadership the Cincinnati Branch NAACP has been a voice for the community. They have taken the lead on a number of issues regarding fair treatment of marginalized ppl of color. They've worked to forge partnerships when necessary and are the leaders in voter education and registration. I will continue to support their efforts.

This branch really cares about helping the community. Very transparent with its members about what issues are being addressed. Each member of the Executive Board really cares and is very passionate about equality and justice and finding a solution to those problems.

The NAACP has an excellent education program, Academic, Cultural, Technological, Science Olympiad (ACT-SO). Each year this program reaches high school students from across the Cincinnati area with the stated purpose of fostering academic excellence in the arts, science, and technology. There are 33 academic categories in which students can participate. For the past 8 years, the NAACP has sent hundreds of students to participate in the National ACT-SO competition where they compete with students from around the country. Many of the Cincinnati students have won Gold, Silver, and Bronze awards in their respective competition categories.

The importance of citizen participation in our election process is critical, especially today. The NAACP provides Cincinnati area citizens with educational resources to help guide and motivate them in the election process. Those resources are not limited to print media but also include town hall meetings, radio spots, social media posts, and television. Additionally, anyone call call the NAACP and get specific answers to questions he or she might have regarding the election process.

Great job keeping the people of Cincinnati aware of the issues going on in our city, especially the issues that people try to sneak in, but our NAACP is on it. Great job.
