I truly enjoyed Mrs Cindy as my phlebotomy instructor at CTI. She is very knowledgeable, compassionate, and makes class easy to understand, shared lots of experiences with techniques that we used in class when drawing blood specimens on a variety of different patients (my volunteers). Class size was small, which allowed more one on one in the classroom and lab. The school had plenty of supplies on hand, never ran out, not like some schools (Milan) which I had to keep purchasing supplies so my daughter could practice her required skills.

CTI campus director Megan was very helpful through the entire process from start to finish. Keeps you up to date on future appointments, helps filling out applications for your national exam, responds in a timely manner when you have questions, very professional.

Overall experience I would recommend CTI if you are looking to become a phlebotomist. You won’t be disappointed, .

This place deserves no stars. They told my wife she would receive a internship with a month. Then the next month, then the next. Its been 7 months. After her calling the school several times, they told her to come to a brush up evaluation. Same day, my wife calls and the woman at the front desk tells her to come next week. The 2nd time she comes, the instructor tells her to come another day because the class was not ready to draw. The 3rd time she went to campus, there was no class going on. It has been 7 months, and nothing. On top of that, she was the one calling trying to figure it out. They then offer her to drive 2 hours away to do a internship. This school is inconvenient and will scam you. DO NOT LET these people scam you for money. You cannot get a refund and they do not care. Seek another school.
