They started off pretty good the young lady that was handling my child “didn’t like tutoring young kids” she manage to keep it up for about 5 months she had a lot of personal issues going on and finally gave in and said she couldn’t tutor my son but the way she went about it made it seem it was a fault of mine tried explaining it to the club z owner or rep she was basically siding with her employee which is understandable however as a business you listen to your customer and evidence and facts should i was right she ended up giving me a credit but at the end of the day it wasn’t a matter of money it was a matter of principle I was very disappointed because my 3 year old was advance and was grasping the language. I honestly wouldn’t recommend them.
