Top notch service! Upon walking in the door, the employee noticed what shoes I had on and made very specific comments about them. Without asking, she made suggestions by what I was presently wearing. Impressive! The employee took her time in helping me find what I needed. She brought out many boxes of shoes. Additionally, she was patient and a good conversationalist. I appreciated this aspect. The only reason I give the store a 4 instead of a 5 is because of the price. $150-$170 for a pair of "tennis shoes." Ouch! Still, I'm sure I'll go back because the other retail stores have limited quantities, no assistance, and nothing is cheap anymore. I went into the Grove City store. Aside from the price, which seems to be the norm, excellent job!

I came in today with no appointment. Travis was helping another customer but was super helpful, patient and polite, he let me try on multiple shoes and had some good inferences based on experience. New pair of shoes and some good stretching eliminated my knee pain. 5 star experience, 10/10 recommend 👍

Very small store, but the staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. For as small as the store was, it had a large selection of running shoes. There's also a good amount of running apparel/gear such as tanks, shorts, long sleeves, head bands, Garmin watches, socks, calf/arm sleeves, gels, and hydration supplements. All of my questions were answered in utmost detail and I was not pushed to buy anything I didn't need. I highly recommend CRC over Roadrunner Sports.

I just started running and am a total noob. I have plantar fasciitis and other foot problems. Sales woman spent an hour with me analyzing my walking motion and sizing me up. Very mellow, chill atmosphere. Outstanding customer service, bar none. Store is great do not hesitate. Great location downtown Grove City with plenty of easy parking right out back.

Just needed a good insole to relieve some planter fasciitis as I had a whole workday ahead. Stopped in and Lara was very quick and helpful in sizing up the perfect one for me. I never would have found such a good fit online. The full treatment here!

I have to say.... Johanna was the most helpful person ever! She helped me pick some Hoka shoes. She is so pleasant. They didn't have the color I wanted, but were able to have them sent from another store the next day! Thank you so much! I highly recommend going in to see them!

I'm a PA at an Amazon warehouse so I work 10-11 hour shifts con my feet almost constantly running around on concrete. I went here to get some new insoles for my work shoes and almost instantly my feet felt better (they'd been hurting me for almost 4 weeks) as soon as I walked in the dude behind the counter immediately jumped out and took care of me like he truly cared about getting me the best insoles for my feet. From now on I will be recommending that my friends go here for insoles and shoes as well as I'll be only going here for my daily shoes/insoles. This place is great nit to mention that they're local.
