The most confusing experience ever. Everyone you speak with at this place tells you something different. They make up the rules as they go and discriminate like crazy. They posted on Facebook that only disabled and elderly will be helped for the month of February but then they take EVERYONE and won't help the actual elderly. I was told one thing by the lady who handles the power Bill's and another by the woman who answers the phone. The board of directors needs to know how this place is run with our tax dollars. The governor needs to know, too, before she issues another million dollar grant to this place. Im going to ask for an audit. Very unfair practices and I question the integrity of the people working there when they socialize with people in line.

I've went there 2x in the past few months, the first time I got there before they closed and they told me they was refusing anymore apps at the time for housing then I go yesterday when they open like they told me to do and was waiting for over an hour to even be able to get an app to turn in again for housing and it was finally my turn to turn mine in and the lady up front told me they refusing anymore apps again and this was about 9am... they are no help with folks like me and my family that are in real need of help. I will never use them ever again!!! Very disappointing. They don't do their job or even act like they care! If I could give them 0 stars I would. Never again!!!!

They have helped me many times and never make you feel bad for needing help either, more people like these ladies is what Florence needs, because things in life happen and can get in bad situations fast and haft to have some kind of help to get back on own two feet. Thank all y'all very much...

I have to say, I would give these guys a million stars if I could. They have been nothing less than Wonderful. Absolute life changers in the positive direction in a world that pushes you in the wrong direction with it's every move. Shout out to Mrs. Ashley and Mrs. Jackie for being down to earth and real and giving me a chance at success. Shout out to Mrs. Vallerie for give me the tools needed to achieve it. These women should be celebrated and put on high pedestals for all they do to help the community. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart

I had to get there before they opened and it was the first day that they were accepting applications and I was lucky #26 and they only took 29 applications that morning!! When they called me back to see about setting up an appointment when they found out that I didn't have any place to live yet they pushed my appointment to August 1st which I'm sure they would make earlier if I found a place to live!

Picked up for Meals on Wheels deliveries for Florence Blvd Church of Christ. The office mgr is the office worker who helped me and she is sweet and so helpful.
