Every time I had to go here they say I'm court ordered to be there when I'm 1000% not. Besides that issue the place is good, they do mental health court. The snacks are good. Staff pretty friendly. Just be careful of the inmates there tho some are bad people

This place is horrible and disgustingly filthy, they do not care about your actual well being, they lie to you and give false promises they don't even keep people separated from those who can potentially be dangerous to others! If you go in voluntarily they will threaten to petition you to stay and not let you out Stephanie is absolutely horrible there and needs to be fired! Erick, Chris and Ari are amazing and they should get a job at an actual compassionate place CBI does not deserve them as employees

There needs to be some recourse for individuals families to reach out to. This facility really needs to revamp their staff and hire a staff with the ability to have empathy and compassion. I spoke with Andrea who answered the phone and extremely unprofessional with no intent to give excellent customer service. I had a sister in the Zoo and she was being discharged without any resources for housing and I had resources for housing that would help my sister have a more stable place to keep her stabilized, I called twice a hour a part and my sister never received any message from the staff.

I was petitioned to be there. Regardless they do not care about your mental health this place was more like a holding place there was no groups no therapies no support no nothing it took me until today (day of discharge )to see a psychiatrist . I will say though Courtney , Erick Felicia , Chris and ari were hands down the most supportive staff there honest to god . If you need real mental help like groups and things this isn’t the place but if you need to transition to somewhere I suggest this place this one lady Susan treated everyone like absolutely horrible Antagonizing everybody triggering other patients threatening other patients staff did not do a thing she had staff at her beck and call basically you were paid no attention to unless you were dying or very very ill.My second day there I fell and had a seizure and was tending to immediately but a couple days later I had chest pains for three days they could not care less

Most horrible place I have ever been in in my entire life. I had no mental illness yet everyone in there was at least at the psychotic level and the noise level was deafening all night long with screaming and yelling and fighting. The staff did nothing to try and help anyone and this place was merely a holding place for psychotic individuals who were waiting to find permanent psychotic residents.

This place is horrible. NEVER GO HERE. This place doesn't care about their patients. They Discharged my mother to an unsafe environment even after I expressed several concerns that that was not ok. They wouldn't let me talk to the doctor. NEVER GO HERE

Staff was friendly..but really didnt get help. Facilities were dirty. Cannot sleep because of the noise level. The food was HORRIBLE..just looking and tasting alittle bit made me nauseous. I was assuming after discharge that they would give me some referrals for a psychologist but nothing.
