The security guard on the fifth floor was super nice. He helped us sign in electronily and directed where to sit. Next, he told me to please come back and see him so he could valet our parking ticket. The best part was when nurse Rosie came to get us to see Dr. Hartonian. Rosie always with a big smile and extremely helpful. Every time Dr. Hartonian first comes through the door she makes you feel wanted and saying something positive. Dr. Hartonian has been treating my son for a couple of years, extremely knowledgeable, and very patient. The one thing I'm most appreciative of is how she talks to him and gives him confidence letting him know we're in this together.

Stopped by today to inquire information on choosing a primary care provider for my brother.The majority of his Doctors are at White memorial so it made sense to choose a Doctor here.My brother has several medical issues and needed help selecting the right provider.I asked the gentleman if a hematologist be considered a primary care provider . He asked me " first of all what's a hematologist?" After I told him what is was he then told me that it would have to be someone in Family or general practice .My sister asked him if he had a list of PCP 's to choose from,his response was so upsetting.He told us that no there was no list but there's many doctors ,That we could step outside and choose a doctor from a list that are posted on the walls.My sister and I looked at each other and walked out.Awful customer service.
