As a small business owner, it’s so crucial to get educated on the labor and employee laws so that you aren’t finding yourself in a sticky situation! Compass HR did just that! Both Daneen and Marisa both helped me with the onboarding for my employee! They Created a handbook and all of the documents that were needed when bringing on an employee and I had never done this before. I now feel more confident that I am compliant with all of the California laws and if I ever have questions or need consultation they are there for me.
