When I called to schedule my test the person answered "Hello." When I asked if I reached the Computer Learning Center he said "yes." Then I explained I needed to take an exam.

He asked if I could hold on a moment while he "finished something up real quick". I said that wouldn't be a problem. Then he set the phone down next to his keyboard and I listened to him hunt & peck type for the next 10 minutes. He didn't put me on hold, or mute the phone. Occasionally I would ask "hello?" I hung up, looked up the reviews here, and am glad I dodged a bullet.
