Doug is the BEST find ever! I just send him an email saying HELP!!! and he responds immediately. One year ago I was brand new to QuickBooks, now I'm a Pro, thanks to Doug.
He is patient, knowledgeable, resourceful...everything you want a teacher, tutor, mentor to be.

Doug is AMAZING! He is so patient, and he has taught us so much. I walked out and created a Pivot table the next day. I can't wait to use the skills I learned. I am just sorry I didn't take this class sooner. Don't hesitate...take his class!!

Doug's approach to training was easy to following and very applicable to every day use of Excel. The learning environment was comfortable and Doug was very open for questions and ensuring that all students were understanding the information as it was presented. I took 2 classes from Doug at the Miramar location.... Beginning Quickbooks and Intermediate classes. Doug was very thorough, clear and concise with his instructions. He was very patient with our questions as well. The classes were extremely informative, and I highly recommend taking this course. I would refer him for any computer class. The hands-on, in- class instruction was extremely helpful. Thank you so much

I took the Excel Intermediate Training at Computer Etc. Software Training Center and it changed the way I look at Excel. I already had some experience using excel but wanted to dive deeper into the different tools, functions, and features of the software. This course covered everything that I was looking to learn more of. I came out feeling more confident in Pivot Tables, conditional formatting, and more! Doug is a great instructor and explains the material well. If you are looking to brush up on your excel skills or get started, I recommend that you take this course! Thank you!!

I took a QuickBooks class from Doug at the Miramar site. He was very knowledgeable and explained things extremely well, along with simply showing me a couple different way the same thing could be done. To see what way works best for my situation.
Happily answered all my questions.
