I took two classes: The Silk Road which was very interesting and informative. The instructor was very knowledgeable and interacted very well with the class. The other was Professor Steensma on the author Wallace Stegner. It was excellent and gave us so much information about the author and also about his activities in Salt Lake. I really enjoyed both classes.

I've taken gardening design and food and wine classes from Lifelong Learning, project management classes from Professional Education, and design software classes from Technology Education. I can say without a doubt that you can learn anything at Continuing Education and it's always my first stop when I'm looking for a class, whether it's for fun or for work.
